Leadership
Dr. Erica Vauters is the CEO and founder of Solvia Health Services LLC. A licensed Nursing Professional and Certified Nursing Assistant with advanced training in HIPAA compliance and clinical care, she brings hands-on expertise that most healthcare support companies simply do not have at the leadership level.
She also holds a PhD in Christian Leadership and Business and has spent her career at the intersection of healthcare, community development, and organizational leadership — always centered on one commitment: making sure the people who need support actually receive it.
She built Solvia because she kept saying someone should fix the gaps in our healthcare system. Then she realized that someone was her.
Walker Vauters is the Co-Founder and Director of Transportation of Solvia Health Services LLC. A PACE-certified transport professional, Walker brings the operational discipline, logistical expertise, and community trust that Solvia's transportation division is built on.
Together, Erica and Walker lead Solvia as a husband-and-wife team with a shared mission — to build a company that treats every client like family, holds every team member to the highest standard, and delivers on its word every single time. What they have built together is not just a business. It is a reflection of who they are.
