Roles we're hiring for
Flexible scheduling across day, evening, and weekend shifts. Bilingual (English/Spanish) caregivers especially encouraged to apply.
Caregiver
Provide assisted-shower support, grooming, and personal hygiene care with warmth and dignity. Ideal for compassionate caregivers who take pride in showing up on time and doing thorough work.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Deliver total-care support including bed baths, transfers, and high-acuity personal care. Current CNA certification required. You bring the skill; we bring the standard and the support.
Companion & Memory Care Aide
Offer companionship, supervision, and specialized support for clients living with dementia or behavioral health needs. Patience, consistency, and a calm presence are everything here.

- A clear background check (Solvia covers the cost for retained caregivers)
- Current credentials for your role — CNA certification required for CNA-level assignments
- Willingness to document thoroughly and follow HIPAA and safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and professional, respectful conduct in every home
